My name is Raphaël, I am Paris based and father of 3 amazing kids: Elise -11 yo- Emmanuel -21 yo- & Eliasz -23 yo-.

I have always been working in travel & technology.

Two years ago, after a car accident that occurred back in 2019 and more than 3 years spent fighting hard to recover in rehab centers all over France, I’ve been diagnosed with paraplegia. 

I used to be pretty active (traveling a lot for fun & work, practicing sports in competition -tennis/running/kite surf-) so this has been a pretty shocking news.

But I am what you could call a resilient person. 

As a great British statesman said once, “pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty”.

To make a long story short, this is how I started interesting myself in ways technology could help me cope better with my brand new life.

Through this website, I am sharing with you how XR already can enhance today life of disabled people. I am also exploring what is coming next.
